The weekly intensive offer is defined as a focused support package and includes:
Up to 5 days or 35 hours of HR support within the agreed week.
This structure gives employers a more joined-up way of managing a demanding period, rather than relying on isolated pieces of advice at separate points in the process.

It is particularly useful where there are several moving parts, live deadlines, multiple stakeholders or a need for consistent advice across meetings, drafting, follow-up and management decisions.
I provide independent, evidence-based HR advice while you retain decision-making responsibility at all times. My role is to support the process, help you assess risk, provide practical guidance and bring consistency across the week as issues develop.
My background includes operating at HR Business Partner level, supporting complex employee relations matters, change processes, policy reviews and manager capability in operational environments. Before work starts, I confirm the scope, timescales and fee arrangement in writing. The weekly support option is time-limited, clearly scoped and intended to provide concentrated support during the agreed week rather than ongoing or exclusive provision.

The pricing documents state that weekly support does not roll over automatically, out-of-hours support is excluded unless agreed separately, and tribunal advocacy or external legal representation are not included. Additional weeks can be agreed separately where ongoing support is required.
